The East is one of our densest catchments. Public-pool lessons anchor at Heartbeat @ Bedok with Tampines ActiveSG as the secondary venue, and we run a high volume of condo-pool lessons across the Bedok Reservoir, Tampines and Eastwood developments, including CDL, UOL and CapitaLand projects. Condo lessons need MCST approval, which we arrange for you; allow a 2–4 week lead time.

Condo lessons in the East: how MCST approval works
Most East-side private developments, particularly along Bedok Reservoir, the Tampines condo belt and the Eastwood/Upper East Coast cluster, require the management committee (MCST) to clear an external coach before lessons can run at the facility pool. The usual requirements are proof of the coach's NROC registration, a valid public-liability insurance certificate, and sometimes a one-off facility booking form. We prepare and submit this paperwork on your behalf; the only thing we need from you is your block and the managing agent's contact. Lead time is typically 2–4 weeks, longer over year-end when committees meet less often.
